The investment objective is to maximize the value of the properties through aggressive hands-on management, leasing and capital improvements. The goal is to create value appreciations and generate cash flow.
Our primary investment strategy is to purchase “value-added” properties that can be turned around or made more profitable through renovation, remodeling and marketing programs designed to either fill empty space or increase rents or both.
Metro Properties’ two principals co-invest with its equity partners. Having a significant personal stake in each investment along with hands-on asset management assures our equity partners that everything will be done to secure the success of each partnership. The two principals have extensive background in the developments, acquisition, due diligence, construction and asset management disciplines.
Metro Properties has aligned itself with a few large equity sources and plans to acquire and develop additional properties. We are prepared to make immediate acquisition decisions and close quickly. We are actively pursuing additional investment opportunities in Southern California and currently have exciting projects in the pipeline.
