Our primary investment strategy is to purchase value add properties that can be turned around or made more profitable through renovation, remodeling and marketing programs designed to either fill vacant space or increase rent or both.
Several companies offer property management services and many claim to offer asset management services, but very few companies genuinely offer both in one package. Metro offers both. We have the unique perspective of owning nearly 1,000,000 square feet for our own account. We are always looking at the day-to-day operations of the property as well as the long term goals of the owner. We marry the two and take a broader view of how to get there. We view the landlord-tenant relationship as a symbiotic relationship, and realize that a successful tenant makes for a successful owner.

Working with so many properties, as well as so many tenants with often complex issues, means that we understand what it takes to make a property perform, and the work required to achieve and maintain the maximum performance out of a property.
