This Property was in poor physical condition when we acquired it and the property management was none-existent. Shortly after the purchase the lobby and hallways were painted and recarpeted. The exterior of the Building was painted and the roof replaced. With the renovation and by having on-site property management we have been able to increase rents by 33% since the purchase of the Building.
