News June 2010 Claudia Salazar earned an MBA degree from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Claudia Salazar has been with Metro Properties, LLC for 12 years and currently works as the Asset Manager.
2009 Metro Realty Advisors, LLC begins Asset Management for Grants Pass Shopping Center located in Grants Pass, Oregon. Grants Pass Shopping Center consists of 278,000 SF and tenants include Albertsons, Rite Aid, Staples, ROSS Dress for Less, JC Penny, PETCO, Bank of America and more.
December 2008 Metro Centre in Diamond Bar, CA receives a face lift. Fresh exterior and interior paint, new carpet, new office doors and remodeled restrooms were completed at 3333 Brea Canyon Road, Diamond Bar, CA.
October 2007 Construction work at Los Robles Professional Park wraps up. New stone siding, store front doors, and landscaping were completed at this Thousand Oaks, CA medical office park. February 2006 Plaza Diamond Bar unveils the new building located at 2040 S. Brea Canyon Road, Diamond Bar, CA. The mayor and Chuck E. Cheese were there for the ribbon cutting.
December 2008 One & Two Corporate in Houston are pleased to announce 2 renewals. Both Albemarle and Booz Allen Hamilton are two of our long-standing tenants that have been in the building since 1992. Albemarle signed a 5 year renewal in September of 2008 and Booz Allen Hamilton has just signed a 5 year renewal this month. Metro Properties celebrates the holidays.

October 2008 Anaheim West welcomes two new tenants; Mon Cheri and Sally’s Beauty Supply. Mon Cheri hosts wedding banquets and corporate events. Sally’s Beauty Supply sells products for hair, skin and nails. Both tenants are currently open for business.

June 4, 2007 ANAHEIM WEST PLAZA, ANAHEIM, CA We are very pleased to announce that Tesco plc will open a 15,000 square foot Fresh & Easy grocery store at Anaheim West Plaza Shopping Center. Tesco is the largest British retailer and the fourth-largest retailer in the world with annual sales in excess of $92 Billion last year. They have over 3,200 stores throughout Europe and Asia. Tesco is entering the US market with its Fresh & Easy concept. The Fresh & Easy concept is a hybrid between a supermarket and a convenience store. It will offer a full range of fresh meats, produce and other items typically found in a supermarket but in a much more convenient 15,000 square foot format. The new format is designed for the American market, following extensive consumer research and modeled on Tesco's highly successful and innovative Express concept, which operate in five countries, with over 800 stores serving around eight million customers every week. Tesco is investing $500 Million per year to enter the grocery market in the United States. The Anaheim West location will open later this fall along with the first wave of Fresh & Easy stores. We are very excited about having Tesco as our anchor tenant. May 28, 2007 TWO CORPORATE PLAZA, HOUSTON, TX The Federal Aviation Association has renewed its lease on 17,500 square feet for 10 years.

Featured Property Anaheim West Plaza Our featured property is Anaheim West Plaza in Anaheim, CA. We recently finished a major renovation of the property. We have a signed lease with a grocery store to occupy approximately 15,000 square feet and are working with a national junior anchor to lease approximately 10,000 square feet as well as a few other smaller national retailers. We can accommodate users between 1,000 square feet on up to 10,000 square feet.
